About the project
HANDIFY is a smart glove that replaces the traditional mouse with natural hand gestures. Using motion sensors, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and gesture-recognition algorithms, it turns the movements of my hand into computer commands in real time - for control that is more natural, healthier and more intuitive.
I designed the product in three versions - LITE, Standard and PRO - for gamers, IT professionals and students, completed by a premium software subscription for custom gestures.

Each version is paired with an optional premium software subscription for personalised gestures.
How it all started
HANDIFY began as a simple school assignment, in my entrepreneurship class. At the time, I never imagined the idea could have any potential beyond a grade. But step by step, the assignment turned into a serious project - with a business plan, a financial plan, a brand identity and a working mobile demo app. What looked like an ordinary task became an experience that showed me what it truly means to build something of my own.
The road to the national final
After tough qualifying rounds and an intense semifinal, HANDIFY reached the national final of GEN-E 2026, organised by Junior Achievement Romania - the largest entrepreneurship-education competition for young people in Europe. Reaching the final, out of hundreds of projects entered nationwide, has been one of the most important professional recognitions of my life so far.

This project would not exist without the team I built it with. A classmate from my school was also part of the journey from the very beginning.
